Since the National Congress has approved the following

DRAFT LEY

"Unique article. Please grant to the official of the National Library of Congress, Don José María Insunza O., the right to retire with a pension equivalent to the full salary of his employment, being in charge of the National Fund of Public Employees and Journalists, the part of the pension corresponding to the time elapsed since his creation."

And for I have had it good to approve and punish it; therefore, proceed and take it into effect as the law of the Republic.
