Since the National Congress has approved the following

DRAFT LEY

"Article 1.o. Please grant the widow and minor children of the journalist, former director of the newspaper "El Imparcial", of this city, Don Alberto Altamirano García, an annual pension of six thousand pesos a year, that they will enjoy under the Law of Military Montepío.

Art.2.o This law will begin to govern since its publication in the Official Journal.

And for I have had it good to approve and punish it; therefore, proceed and take it into effect as the law of the Republic.
