Law 5,248 INTEGRATION MATERIA OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMISSION OF THE PEDRO PARK OF THE ZAÑARTU OR HUALPÉN FUNDO PARK

Bearing in mind that the H. National Congress has approved the following bill initiated in motion by former legislators Manuel Monsalve Benavides and Gastón Saavedra Chandía; by former deputy Maya Fernández Allende and by the deputy Joanna Pérez Olea,

Bill:

"Unique item. Declárase interpreted article 1 of the Act No. 5,248 in the following sense:

For all the legal effects, the Administrative Commission will understand that it is composed of the regional governor of the Biobío Region, who will preside over it; the mayor of the Concepción commune and the mayor of the Hualpén commune. ".

And for I have had it good to approve and punish it; therefore, promute and take it into effect as the Law of the Republic.
