MODIFICATE THE CODEL OF WORK TO ASSESSMENT OFFER OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES DURING PERIOD PERIOD OF POPULAR ELECTIONS OR PLEBISCITES

Bearing in mind that the H. National Congress has approved the following

Bill:

"Unique item. Add to fourth paragraph article 38 of Labour Codefollowing the point and apart, which becomes point and followed, the following prayer:

"Neither shall workers and workers engaged in urban or rural public transport services be applied during the months of popular or plebiscite elections. In these cases, companies shall grant them compensatory breaks in one or more Sundays of the calendar month prior to or next to the one in which the aforementioned elections or plebiscites are verified. "..

And for I have had it good to approve and punish it; therefore, promute and take it into effect as the Law of the Republic.
