Since the National Congress has approved the following

Draft Law:

Article 1. Aponyse, by grace and for all the legal effects on the duty sheet of the prosecretary of Committees of the Chamber of Deputies, Don Anibal Guerrero Garin, three years and four months.

Article 2. This law shall govern from the date of its publication in the Official Journal.

And on account I have had to approve it and punish it: therefore promute and take it into effect as the Law of the Republic.
