CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM IN MATERIA OF CONSTITUTIONAL

Bearing in mind that the H. National Congress has approved the following bill initiated in a motion of the Honorable Senators Ximena Rincón González, and Mr. Carlos Bianchi Chelech, Francisco Huenchumilla Jaramillo, Carlos Montes Cisternas and David Sandoval Plaza, and in motion of the Honourable Senators Álvaro Elizalde Soto, José Miguel Insulza Salinas and Juan Pablo Letelier Morel,

Draft constitutional reform:

"Unique item. In the first paragraph of the article 134 of the Political Constitution of the Republic, following the final point that becomes point and followed, the following text: "Without prejudice to the provisions of article 60, the conventional constituents may waive their position when serious acts severely affect their performance or put the functioning of the Constitutional Convention at risk, and so qualify the Qualifying Court of Elections." ".
