REGULATION OF THE PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT OF DEUDS BY SERVICES OF POTABLE WATER AND ELECTRICITY UNDER THE COVID PANDEMY-19, AND ESTABLISH SUBSIDIES TO VULNERABLE CLIENTS

Transitory article.- The largest fiscal expenditure representing the payment of the subsidies of this law during its first budget year will be financed from the budget line of the Public Treasury.

The largest fiscal expenditure representing the implementation of this law during its first budget year for the Ministry of Energy will be financed from the resources of the budget line of the Ministry. In the following years, it will be considered by the Public Sector Budget Act. ".
