THE AGREEMENT OF PRET N ° 119/AP/LA/BIDC/EBID/10/2018 CONCLUDED ON


OCTOBER 19, 2018, THE BURKINA FASO AND THE


INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE CEDEAO


FOR SUPPLEMENTARY PROJECT FUNDING


ESTABLISHMENT OF A TOMATO PROCESSING PLANT


AND MANGO IN BURKINA FASO

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY






Having regard to the Constitution;




In view of resolution No. 001-2015/AN of 30 December 2015 validating the


Members' mandate;






Deliberated at its meeting on 20 May 2019


And adopted the law with the following content:

Article 1:


Ratified Order No. 2018-020/PRES of December 31, 2018


Authorization to ratify the Loan Agreement


119/AP/LA/BIDC/EBID/10/2018 concluded on 19 October 2018 in Ouagadougou


Between Burkina Faso and the investment and development bank of the


ECOWAS for the complementary financing of the project to implement a


Tomato and mango processing plant in Burkina Faso.


Article 2:


This Law shall be enforced as the law of the State.




Thus done and deliberated in open session


In Ouagadougou, 20 May 2019
