THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY




Having regard to the Constitution;




In view of resolution No. 001-2015/AN of 30 December 2015


Validation of the Members' mandate;






Deliberated at its meeting on 21 May 2019


And adopted the law with the following content:

Article 1:


Ratified Order No. 2018-015/PRES of December 10, 2018


Authorization for ratification of the D411-BF Funding Agreement concluded on


03 December 2018 between Burkina Faso and the International Association of


Development (IDA) for the implementation of the Emergency Project


Recurrent expenditure financing (PUFDR).


Article 2:


This Law shall be enforced as the law of the State.
