FUNDING FOR THE STRENGTHENING OF THE


CLIMATE RESILIENCE IN BURKINA FASO

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY




Having regard to the Constitution;




In view of resolution No. 001-2015/AN of 30 December 2015 on validation


The mandate of Members;






Deliberated at its meeting on 23 May 2019


And adopted the law with the following content:

Article 1:


Ratified Order No. 2018-021/PRES of December 31, 2018


Authorisation to ratify the D374-BF Donation Agreement concluded on 26 October


2018 in Ouagadougou between Burkina Faso and the International Association of


Development, for the financing of the strengthening of the


Climate resilience in Burkina Faso.


Article 2:


This Law shall be enforced as the law of the State.
