Having regard to the Constitution;




In view of resolution No. 001-2015/AN of 30 December 2015 validating the


Members' mandate;






Deliberated at its meeting on 27 May 2019


And adopted the law with the following content:

Article 1:


Order No. 2018-003/PRES of July 05, 2018, ratified


Authorisation to ratify the loan agreement 6222-BF concluded on 11 May 2018


In Ouagadougou between Burkina Faso and the International Association of


Development (IDA) for the additional funding of the Regional Project


Communications infrastructure in West Burkina Faso


(PRICAO-BF)


Article 2:


This Law shall be enforced as the law of the State.
