DEVELOPMENT FUNDING FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE


WORK OF THE NORTHERN BACKEND INTERCONNECTION PROJECT

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY






Having regard to the Constitution;




In view of resolution No. 001-2015/AN of 30 December 2015 on validation


The mandate of Members;






Deliberated at its meeting on 28 May 2019


And adopted the law with the following content:

Article 1:


Order No. 2018-017/PRES of December 28, 2018


Authorization to ratify the D392-BF and Loan Agreements


N ° 6339-BF concluded in Ouagadougou on 21 November 2018 between Burkina Faso


Faso and the International Development Association for Financing


Implementation of the Northern Dorsal Interconnection Project.


Article 2:


This Law shall be enforced as the law of the State.
