Having regard to the Constitution;




In view of resolution No. 001-2015/AN of 30 December 2015 on the validation of the mandate of the Members;






Deliberated at its meeting on 28 May 2019


And adopted the law with the following content:

Article 1:


Order No. 2018-001/PRES of July 5, 2018, Order No.


Authorization for ratification of the D256-BF Agreement, of the


Loan n ° 6160-BF, of the Donation Agreement TF0A6169 concluded on 11 May 2018, to


Ouagadougou between Burkina Faso and the International Association of


Development (IDA) in support of the Regional Support Project


The Sahel Irrigation Initiative, Burkina Faso (PARIIS-BF).


Article 2:


This Law shall be enforced as the law of the State.
