Having regard to the Constitution;




In view of resolution No. 001-2015/AN of 30 December 2015 on the validation of the mandate of the Members;






Deliberated at its meeting on 28 May 2019


And adopted the law with the following content:

Article 1:


Order No. 2018-002/PRES of July 05, 2018


Authorisation to ratify the Loan Agreement 6184-BF concluded on 11 May


2018 in Ouagadougou between Burkina Faso and the International Association of


Development (IDA) for the additional funding of the Cluster


Bagré's growth.


Article 2:


This Law shall be enforced as the law of the State.
