AND OUAHIGOUYA

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY




Having regard to the Constitution;




In view of resolution No. 001-2015/AN of 30 December 2015 on validation


The mandate of Members;






Deliberated at its meeting on 31 May 2019


And adopted the law with the following content:

Article 1:


Order No. 2018-016/PRES of December 28, 2018


Authorization to ratify the loan agreement concluded in Nouakchott on 06


December 2018 between Burkina Faso and the Arab Bank


Economic development in Africa for the financing of the


Construction and bitumen of National Highway No. 10 between Tougan and


Uahigouya.


Article 2:


This Law shall be enforced as the law of the State.
