§ 1. In § 18 of the transitional and concluding provisions of the law amending and supplementing the law on vocational education and training (SG. 36 of 2009) make the following amendments and additions:

1. In paragraph 8. 1, after the words "2004-2005" is added "and the 2005 – 2006", after the words "2005-2006" is added "and the 2006-2007", and the words "during the academic year 2009-2010" shall be deleted.

2. in the Al. 2 the words "2005-2006" is replaced by "2006-2007", and the words "2006-2007" is deleted.

Additional provision

§ 2. Everywhere in the law, the words "the Minister of education and science, Minister of education and science and the Ministry of education and science" are replaced with "Minister of education, youth and science, Minister of education, youth and science" and "the Ministry of education, youth and science".

§ 15. § 48. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, with the exception of paragraph 1, which shall enter into force on 15 September 2009, § 47, which shall enter into force from 1 October 2009.
