amending and supplementing the law on maritime space, inland waterways and ports to us water of the Republic of Bulgaria (promulgated, SG. 12 from 2000; amend., 111/2001, no. 24 and 70 by 2004, no. 11 of 2005; Decision of the Constitutional Court No. 5 of 2005 – No. 45 of 2005; amend., no. 87, 88, 94 , 102 and 104 of the 2005 St. 30, 36, 43, 65, 99 and 108 of 2006, St. 41, 54 and 109 from 2007, PCs. 67, 71, 98 and 108 from 2008 and St. 47 of 2009.)
§ 1. In art. 115 p make the following amendments and additions:
1. In paragraph 8. 1, the words "five members" shall be replaced by ' three members ".
2. in the Al. 5 item 4 is created:
"4. the decision of the Minister of transport, information technology and communications – by serving a notice of one month."
3. Al are created. 8, 9 and 10:
(8) the Management Board may take decisions if at least half of its members in person or represented by another Member of the Council. Present article may not represent more than one absentee. For representation is necessary an explicit authorisation on a case by case basis.
(9) decisions shall be taken by a simple majority.
(10) the Management Board may decide, and in nepris″stvenost, if all members have stated their consent in writing of the decision. "
Additional provision
§ 2. Everywhere in the law the words "Minister of transport", "Minister of transport" and "Ministry of transport" shall be replaced respectively with "the Minister of transport, information technology and communications, the Minister of transport, information technology and communications and the Ministry of transport, information technology and communications.
The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 30 September 2009 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
