I DECLARE:

To be published in the Official Gazette the law amending and supplementing the law on e-governance, adopted by the National Assembly of the HLI 7 October 2009.

LAW

amending and supplementing the law on e-Government (SG. 46 2007)

§ 1. In art. 7, para. 4, after the words "joint strategy for e-Government" "is added at the suggestion of the Minister of transport, information technology and communications.

§ 2. In art. 43, para. 3 the words "the Minister of State administration and administrative reform, jointly with the Chairman of the State Agency for information technology and communications" shall be replaced by the words "the Minister of transport, information technology and communications.

§ 3. Article 59 shall be amended as follows:

"Common control

Art. 59. the Minister of transport, information technology and communications exercise control over compliance with this Act. "

§ 4. In art. 65 the following modifications are made:

1. In paragraph 8. 1 the words "the Minister of State administration and administrative reform, respectively by the President of the State Agency for information technology and communications" shall be replaced by the words "the Minister of transport, information technology and communications.

2. paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:

"(2) the penal provisions shall be issued by the Minister of transport, information technology and communications or by officials authorised by him."

Additional provision

§ 5. In other texts of the law:

1. "the Minister of State administration and administrative reform" and "Minister of State administration and administrative reform" are replaced with "Minister of transport, information technology and communications and the Minister of transport, information technology and communications.

2. "the Ministry of State administration and administrative reform" are replaced by "the Ministry of transport, information technology and communications.

3. "the President of the State Agency for information technology and communications" and "Chairman of the State Agency for information technology and communications" shall be replaced respectively with "the Minister of transport, information technology and communications and the Minister of transport, information technology and communications.

4. "State Agency for information technology and communications" shall be replaced by "the Ministry of transport, information technology and communications.

Transitional and final provisions

§ 6. Issued prior to the entry into force of this law, the regulations retain the action, in so far as they do not contradict it.

§ 7. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly of 7 October 2009 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
