Law amending the Law on Internal Audit in the public sector (prom. SG. 27 of 2006 .; amend., SG. 64 and 102 of 2006 SG. 43, 69, 71 and 110 of 2008, pcs. 42 and 44 of 2009)
§ 1. In application of art. 12 para. 1, p. 5 line 14, the words "State Agency for Information Technologies and Communications" are deleted.
Final provision
§ 2. This Act shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the "Official Gazette".
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on September 23, 2009 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
