On the grounds of art. 98, paragraph 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria

I DECLARE:

To be published in the Official Gazette the law amending and supplementing the law on rail transport, adopted by the National Assembly of the HLI September 30, 2009.

LAW

amending and supplementing the law on railways (official SG. 97 2000; amend., 47/96 and 2002/70 and 115 of 2004 No. 77 and 88 of 2005, issue 36, 37, 62, 92 and 108 of 2006, issue 22, 35 and 74 of 2009.)

§ 1. In art. 13, para. 1, the words "five members" shall be replaced by ' three members ".

§ 2. In art. 14 the following amendments and supplements shall be made:

1. Paragraph 2 shall be replaced by the following:

"(2) the Management Board may take decisions if at least half of its members in person or represented by another Member of the Council. Present article may not represent more than one absentee. For representation is necessary an explicit authorisation on a case by case basis. "

2. a para. 4:

"(4) the Management Board may decide, and absentee, if all members have stated their consent in writing of the decision."

Additional provision

§ 3. Everywhere in the law the words "Minister of transport", "Minister of transport" and "Ministry of transport" shall be replaced respectively with "the Minister of transport, information technology and communications, the Minister of transport, information technology and communications and the Ministry of transport, information technology and communications.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 30 September 2009 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
