To be published in the "Official Gazette" Law amending the Law on Defense and Armed Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria adopted by HLI National Assembly on October 1, 2009 .

Law amending the Law on Defense and Armed Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria (prom. SG. 35 of 2009 .; amend., SG. 74 of 2009 on)
§ 1. In art. 27 pt. 8, the words "the Minister of Economy and Energy" are replaced by "the Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism."
§ 2. In art. 40 in the text before item. 1, 'Chairman of the State Agency for Information Technologies and Communications "are replaced by" the Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications. "
§ 3. In art. 50, para. 2 the words "Ministry of Transport and the State Agency for Information Technologies and Communications" are replaced by "the Ministry of Transport and Communications."
§ 4. In art. 114, para. 3, 'the Minister of Transport, Minister of Economy and Energy "are replaced by" the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, the Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism "and the words" the Minister of Emergency Situations "and" Chairman of the State Agency information technology and communications "are deleted. § 5. In other texts of law the words "Minister of Transport", "Minister of Transport" and "Ministry of Transport" are replaced by "the Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications", " Minister of transport, information technologies and Communications "and" Ministry of transport, information technology and Communications. "
Transitional and Final Provisions
§ 6. The issued before the enactment of this law regulations remain in effect as far as not inconsistent.
§ 7. This Act shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the "Official Gazette".
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on October 1, 2009 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
