§ 1 . In art. 115 pt. 4 second and third sentences are deleted.
§ 2. In art. 117 is amended as follows:
1. In para. 1 the number "5000" is replaced by "2" and the words "10 lev" is replaced by "1 lev."
2. In para. 2 number "10" is replaced by "1".
§ 3. In art. 119, para. 1 is amended as follows:
1. Point 3 is repealed.
2. In pt. 4 words "at least 35 percent" are replaced by "the statutory minimum".
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on October 2, 2009 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
