Law amending the Law on Electronic Governance (SG. 46 of 2007)
§ 1. In art. 7, para. 4 after the words "common strategy for e-governance" is added "at the proposal of the Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications."
§ 2. In art. 43, para. 3, 'Minister of State Administration and Administrative Reform with the President of the State Agency for Information Technologies and Communications "are replaced by" the Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications. "
§ 3. Article 59 is amended as follows:
"Total control
Art. 59. The Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications shall exercise control over compliance with this Act. "
§ 4. In art. 65 is amended as follows:
1. In para. 1, 'Minister of State Administration and Administrative Reform, respectively Chairman of the State Agency for Information Technologies and Communications "are replaced by" the Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications. "
2. Paragraph 2 is amended as follows:
"(2) The penalty shall be issued by the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications or authorized by officials."
Additional provision
§ 5. In other texts Act the words:
1. "Minister of State Administration and Administrative Reform" and "Minister of State Administration and Administrative Reform" is replaced by "the Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications" and "Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications."
2. "The Ministry of State Administration and Administrative Reform 'is replaced by' Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications."

. "Chairman of the State Agency for Information Technologies and Communications" and "Chairman of the State Agency for Information Technologies and Communications" are replaced by "the Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications" and "Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications."
4. "State Agency for Information Technologies and Communications" are replaced by "the Ministry of Transport and Communications."
Transitional and Final Provisions
§ 6. The issued before the enactment of this law regulations remain in effect as far as not inconsistent.
§ 7. This Act shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the "Official Gazette".
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on October 7, 2009 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
