amending the law on Civil Aviation (official SG. 94 of 1972; amend., SG. 30 of 1990, no. 13 of 1997, no. 85 of 1998, 12/2000, no. 34 and 111 since 2001, and 52/70 by 2004, no. 88 and 102 of 2005, no. 30, 36 , 37, 105 and 108, 2006, issue. 10, 41 and 109 from 2007, PCs. 36, 66 and 67 of 2008 and St. 35 and 47 of 2009.)

§ 1. In art. 53 and al. 2 is repealed.

§ 2. In art. 53 (b) is hereby amended as follows:

1. In the text before item 1 the words "Minister of transport" shall be replaced by the words "the Minister of transport, information technology and communications.

2. In paragraph 2, the words "and of the Supervisory Board" shall be deleted.

§ 3. In art. 53 the following amendments and supplements shall be made:

1. In paragraph 8. 1, the words "five members" shall be replaced by ' three members "and the words" Minister of transport "shall be replaced by the words" the Minister of transport, information technology and communications.

2. in the Al. 2 the words "Minister of transport" shall be replaced by the words "the Minister of transport, information technology and communications.

3. in the Al. the words "or control" are deleted.

4. in the Al. 10:

and in the text) before item 1 the words "Minister of transport" shall be replaced by the words "the Minister of transport, information technology and communications;

 b) item 4 shall be:

"4. the decision of the Minister of transport, information technology and communications – by serving a notice of one month."

5. in the Al. 11 all over the words "Minister of transport" shall be replaced by the words "the Minister of transport, information technology and communications.

6. Al are created. 12, 13 and 14:

(12) the Management Board may take decisions if at least half of its members in person or represented by another Member of the Council. Present article may not represent more than one absentee. For representation is necessary an explicit authorisation on a case by case basis.

(13) decisions shall be taken by a simple majority.

(14) the Management Board may decide, and absentee, if all members have stated their consent in writing of the decision. "

§ 4. Article 53 (e) is repealed.

Additional provision

§ 5. In other texts of the law the words "Minister of transport", "Minister of transport" and "Ministry of transport" shall be replaced respectively with "the Minister of transport, information technology and communications, the Minister of transport, information technology and communications and the Ministry of transport, information technology and communications.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly of 7 October 2009 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
