Law amending the Law on National Archive Fund (prom. SG. 57 of 2007 .; amend., SG. 19, 42, 78, 92 and 93 of 2009)
§ 1. In art. 13 is amended as follows:
1. In t. 11, 'and authorize the directors of the state archives to carry out such transactions "are deleted.
2. In item. 14 comma after the words "expert-checking commission" is replaced by the word "and" and the words "and relevant expert committees in the state archives" are deleted.
§ 2. In Chapter Two, the name of the Section II the word "territorial" is replaced by "regional".
§ 3. Article 18 is amended as follows:
"Art. 18. The structure of the State Agency "Archives" includes central and regional state archives. Regional state archives shall be determined by the Rules of the State Agency "Archives". "
§ 4. Article 20 is repealed.
§ 5. In art. 21 word "community" is replaced by "public" and the words "post-1878" are deleted.
§ 6. Article 23 is repealed.
§ 7. Article 24 is amended as follows:
"Art. 24. The object of activity of the regional state archives are designated for permanent preservation documents of regional administrations, municipalities on the territory of the region, territorial structures of state bodies and other state and municipal institutions based in the region, organ and organizations of local importance, as well as documentary heritage of important personalities of local importance. "
§ 8. Article 26 is repealed.
§ 9. In art. 27 is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows:
"(1) preventive, current and subsequent control over the performance of duties under this Act shall be exercised by the President of the Agency or authorized by officials."
2. Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be repealed.
§ 10. In art. 43, para. 2, 'the directors of the respective state archives "are replaced by" the Chairman of the State Agency "Archives".
§ 11. In art. 47, para. 2, 'the director of the host State Archives "are replaced by" the Chairman of the State Agency "Archives".
§ 12. In art. 55, para. 5 'from the expert evaluation committees to host backups "are replaced by" an order determined by the Rules of the State Agency "Archives".
§ 13. In art. 100, para. 2 'or the directors of the state archives when they are commissioned by the Chairman of the Agency "shall be deleted.
Transitional and Final Provisions
§ 14. The regional state archives are the successor documents of the Sofia State Archives and the regional state archives, their liabilities, assets and other rights and obligations.
§ 15. The legal relations of the employees of the regional state archives shall be governed by Art. 123 of the Labour Code, Art. 87a of the Civil Servants Act and in accordance with rules determined by the State Agency "Archives" structure and numerical strength.
§ 16. This Act shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the "Official Gazette".
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on December 18, 2009 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
