§ 1. In art. 140, para. 4, item 2 Add "as well as workers and employees in an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

§ 2. In art. 147, para. 1 2 Add "as well as workers and employees in an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

§ 3. In art. 157, para. 2 the following endorsements are added:

1. In the first sentence, after the words "or the employee" there shall be added "as well as worker and an employee at an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

2. in the second sentence, after the word "employee" there shall be added "and the worker and the employee in an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

§ 4. In art. 307 the following endorsements are added:

1. In paragraph 8. 1, after the word "nursing" is added "as well as workers and employees in an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

2. in the Al. 2, after the word "add" and look after her, "as well as a worker and employee at an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

§ 6. In art. 309 following amendments and supplements shall be made:

§ 7. In art. 310 after the words "pregnant woman" is added "worker and an employee at an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

§ 8. In art. 313 a, para. 1, after the word "employee" there shall be added "as well as worker and an employee at an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

§ 9. In art. 333, para. 5, first sentence, after the word "employee" there shall be added "as well as worker and an employee at an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

§ 10. In § 1 of the additional provisions establishes that 13:

"13." workers and employees in an advanced stage of in vitro treatment "are workers and employees who are in the stage of treatment through the methods of assisted reproduction, including the period of the follicular puncture to embriotransfera, but no more than 20 days."

§ 11. Paragraph 3 (b) of the transitional arrangements shall be amended as follows:

"§ 3 (b). From 1 January 2010 until 31 December 2010, after prior coordination with the representatives of trade unions and representatives of employees under art. 7, para. 2 the period for which you enter incomplete working time under art. 138 (a), para. 1 may be extended by another three months. "

Final provisions

§ 12. 1. In the title, after the words "pregnancy or breastfeeding" is added "or advanced stage of IVF treatment".

2. in the Al. 1, after the words "pregnancy or breastfeeding of the child" shall be added "or an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

§ 13. In the law on civil servants (official SG. 67 of 1999; amend., no. 1 of 2000, issue 25, 99 and 110 since 2001, no. 45 of 2002, no. 95 of 2003 No. 70 by 2004, no. 19 of 2005, no. 24, 30 and 102 in 2006 and 59/64 since 2007. , PC. 43, 94 and 108 of 2008 and St. 35, 42 and 74 of 2009.) make the following additions:

1. In art. 87 after the word "women" is added "women at an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

2. In art. 107 (b), para. 2 the first sentence, add "or at an advanced stage of IVF treatment".

3. The additional provision establishes a new § 1:

㤠1. For the purposes of this Act "women (women) in an advanced stage of in vitro treatment" are women (female), who are in the stage of treatment through the methods of assisted reproduction, including the period of the follicular puncture to embriotransfera, but no more than 20 days. "

§ 14. In the law on protection from discrimination (official SG. 86 from 2003; amend., SG. 70 by 2004, 105/2005 30/68 and by 2006, and 59/100 of 2007, issue 69 and 108 from 2008 and 42 and 74 of 2009) make the following amendments and additions:

1. In art. 7, para. 1, point 7, the words "pregnant women and mothers, established by law, unless the pregnant woman or the mother does not wish to benefit from this protection and has informed" are replaced by "pregnant women, women at an advanced stage of IVF treatment and mothers, down by law, unless they do not wish to enjoy this protection and informed".

2. § 1 of the additional provisions establishes that 16:

"16." Women at an advanced stage of in vitro treatment "are women who are in the stage of treatment through the methods of assisted reproduction, including the period of the follicular puncture to embriotransfera, but no more than 20 days."

§ 15. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 18 December 2009 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
