To be published in the "Official Gazette" Law amending the Law on political and civil rehabilitation of repressed persons adopted by HLI National Assembly on December 22, 2009 .

Law amending the Law on political and civil rehabilitation of repressed persons (prom. SG. 50 of 1991 .; amend., SG. 52 of 1994 SG. 12 of 2004, No. 29 of 2005, pcs. 30 and 81, 2006, issue. 60 of 2007 and SG. 26 of 2008)
§ 1 . in § 6 of the transitional and final provisions of the Law amending the Law on political and civil rehabilitation of repressed persons (SG. 12 of 2004) the words "three years after its entry into force" is replaced by " up to 31 December 2011 ".
§ 2. In § 10 of the transitional and final provisions of the Law amending the Law on political and civil rehabilitation of repressed persons (prom. SG. 29 of 2005 .; amend., SG. 81 2006 and SG. 26 of 2008) the words "three years after its entry into force" is replaced by "up to 31 December 2011".
§ 3. In § 11 of the transitional and final provisions of the Law amending the Law on political and civil rehabilitation of repressed persons (prom. SG. 29 of 2005 .; amend., SG. 81 2006 and SG. 26 of 2008) the words "2009" is replaced by "2011".
Final provision
§ 4. The law comes into force on January 1, 2010, except:
1. paragraph 1, which comes into force on February 17, 2007 .;
2. paragraph 2, which shall enter into force on 9 April 2008
law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on December 22, 2009 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
