Act supplementing the Law on Health and Safety at Work (prom. SG. 124 of 1997 .; amend., SG. 86 of 1999 . No.. 64 and 92, 2000, issue. 25 and 111 of 2001, pcs. 18 and 114 of 2003, SG. 70 of 2004, No. 76 of 2005, pcs. 33, 48, 102 and 105 of 2006, pcs. 40 of 2007 pcs. 102 and 108 of 2008 and SG. 93 of 2009)
§ 1. In art. 15, para. 1 after the words "persons of art. 14, para. 1 "is added" except those who for their own account work alone. "
§ 2. In the transitional and final provisions created § 4b:
"§ 4b. Declaration under Art. 15 for 2009 made by 30 June 2010 inclusive. "
Law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on January 28, 2010 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
