amending and supplementing the law on management of condominium (SG. 6 of 2009)

§ 1. In art. 17, al. 4, the words "para. 1, 2 and 3 ' shall be replaced by "para. 2, item 2 and 3 ".

§ 2. In art. 33, para. 4, the words "para. 1, 2 and 3 ' shall be replaced by "para. 2, item 2 and 3 ".

§ 3. In art. 47 following amendments and supplements shall be made:

1. The current text becomes paragraph 1.

2. a para. 2:

"(2) the Mayor of the municipality or region annually until the end of the calendar year, submit a report to the Minister of regional development and public works for the registered buildings and entrances in the condominium on the territory of the municipality or region."

Transitional provisions

§ 4. The convening of the General Assembly in the condominium, the entry in the book for the owners and the submission of an application for entry in the register under art. 44 shall be carried out by 30 June 2010.

§ 5. The Mayor of the municipality or region within 6 months of the expiry of the period referred to in § 4 organise general meetings and election of governing bodies in the buildings in condominium are not convened such meetings.

§ 6. The Mayor of the municipality or region submitted to the Minister of regional development and public works Factsheet for registered buildings and entrances in condominium within one month of the expiry of the period referred to in § 5.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 11 February 2010, and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
