Article only. Ratify an additional protocol to the Eighth Statute of the Universal Postal Union, the first additional protocol to the General regulations of the Universal Postal Union, the Universal Postal Convention and final Protocol thereto and agreement on postal payment services adopted by the XXIV Congress of the Universal Postal Union, signed on August 12, 2008 in Geneva.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 11 March 2010, and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
