§ 1. In art. 106 the following endorsements are added:
1. In paragraph 8. 1 creating a t. 6:
"6. in the case of the conditions laid down in art. 68 of the code of social security, when service was incurred after the appointed public servant has acquired and exercised his right to a pension. "
2. a para. 5:
"(5) in the cases referred to in para. 1, item 6 appointment authority can obtain ex officio by the National Social Security Institute information on the presence of the exercised right to a pension from the State employee. The National Social Security Institute provides information free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the request. "

1. In paragraph 8. 1 creating item 10 (a):
' 10A. in the case of the conditions of art. 68 of the code of social security, when the employment relationship arose after an employee has been appointed has acquired and exercised his right to a pension. "
2. a para. 3:
"(3) in the cases referred to in para. 1, item 10 (a) the employer may obtain ex officio by the National Social Security Institute information on the presence of the exercised right to pension of the employee. The National Social Security Institute provides information free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the request. "
§ 3. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
