LAW

amending the law on the national community centers (official SG. 89 1996; amend., no. 95 of 1997 No. 90 of 1999, no. 28 and 94 of 2005, no. 108 of 2006 and no. 42 and 74 of 2009.)

§ 1. In art. 9 (b), para. 1, the words "not less than two-thirds" are replaced by "more than half".

§ 2. In § 34 of the transitional and concluding provisions of the law amending the law on the national community centers (SG. 42 since 2009) the word "year" is replaced by "biennial".

Transitional provision

§ 3. (1) within one year of the entry into force of this Act, the governing body of the Union of the Congress of the Union shall convene the community centers of the community centers for the selection of bodies under art. 9 (b), para. 2.

(2) unless Congress be convened under paragraph 1. 1, it shall be convened by the Minister of culture, within three months of the expiry of the period referred to in para. 1.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 9 June 2010 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
