amending the law on independent appraisers (SG. 98 from 2008.)

§ 1. In art. 11, para. 1, point 7, the words ' non-payment of the membership fee for more than three months – when a member "shall be deleted.

Transitional provision

§ 2. (1) by 30 December 2010 persons received a license for evaluators of the PA under the Ordinance for analyses of the legal status and the privatisation and on the conditions and procedures for the licensing of the assessors shall be entered in the register under art. 15, after submission of an application with the attached license.

(2) assessments may be carried out only evaluators, entered in the register under art. 15.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on June 16, 2010 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
