Law for amending the Social Security Code (prom. § 1. In art. 4 para. 1, p. 1 second sentence shall be amended as follows: "Persons involved in programs to support motherhood and promotion of employment, not unemployment insurance."
§ 2. In art. 53, para. 4 words "Program" In Support of Motherhood "is replaced by" programs in support of motherhood. "
§ 3. In art. 54, para. 3, 'the' Maternity Support "are replaced by" programs in support of motherhood. "
§ 4. In art. 84 para. 1 is amended as follows:
"(1) The pensioner is entitled to a supplement from the pension or the sum of pensions received deceased husband / wife in size as follows:
1. to December 31, 2011 - 20 percent;
2. from 1 January to 31 December 2012 - 25 percent; 3
. from 1 January to 31 December 2013 - 30 percent;
4. from 1 January to 31 December 2014 - 35 per cent;
5. from 1 January 2015 - 40 percent. "
§ 5. In the transitional and final provisions created § 22o:
" § 22o. For the period ending December 31, 2010 .:
1. the insurer pays the insured person for the first, second and third day of the temporary incapacity 70 percent of the average gross salary for the month in which there has been a temporary disability, but not less than 70 per cent of the average agreed remuneration;
2. cash compensation of art. 42, para. 2 shall be paid when the temporary incapacity occurred one month after termination of employment or insurance for a period not exceeding 30 calendar days; 3
. cash compensation of art. 42, para. 3 is paid for no more than 30 calendar days after the termination of the legal relationship or contract with the exception of monetary compensation for occupational accidents and disease, which is paid to the recovery of efficiency or to establish a disability. "
Final provisions
§ 6. The Law on budget of state social insurance for 2010 (SG. 99 of 2009) the following amendments:
1. Article 10 is repealed.
2. In art. 11 words "and daily maximum - 12 lev" are deleted. 3
. In art. 17, para. 2 words "720 lev" is replaced by "1000 Levs."
4. In § 8 of the transitional and final provisions create par. 3 and 4:
"(3) 2010 is not determined addition of art. 84a by the Social Insurance Code to the pensions of persons aged 75 years.
(4) For the period from 1 July to 31 December 2010 does not determine the maximum amount of unemployment benefits. "

No.. 1, 54, 74, 107, 112, 119 and 120 of 2002, pcs. 8, 50, 107 and 114 of 2003, pcs. 28, 38, 49, 70, 85 and 111 2004 pcs. 39, 45, 76, 99, 102, 103 and 105 of 2005, pcs. 17, 18, 30, 33, 34, 59, 80, 95 and 105 of the 2006 issue. 11 of 2007 .; Decision № 3 of the Constitutional Court from 2007 - SG. 26 of 2007 .; amend., SG. 31, 46, 53, 59, 97, 100 and 113 in 2007, pcs. 37, 71 and 110 of 2008, pcs. 35, 41, 42, 93, 99 and 101 of 2009, pcs. 19, 26 and 43 of 2010) in the transitional and final provisions created § 19k:

"§ 19k. For the period to 31 December 2011 health insurance contributions on wages under § 22o pt. 1 of the transitional and final provisions of the Social Security Code are due under Art. 40, para. 1, p. 1. "
§ 8. In the Law on Income Tax of Individuals (prom. SG. 95 of 2006 .; amend., SG. 52, 64 and 113 in 2007 No.. 28, 43 and 106 of 2008, pcs. 25, 32, 35, 41, 82, 95 and 99 of 2009 and SG. 16 of 2010) in the transitional and final provisions created § 10b :
"§ 10b. The taxable income under employment contracts do not include remuneration paid according to § 22o pt. 1 of the transitional and final provisions of the Social Insurance Code. "
§ 9. In the Law on Employment Promotion (Prom. SG. 112 of 2001 .; amend., SG. 54 and 120 of 2002, pcs. 26, 86 and 114 of 2003, pcs. 52 and 81, 2004, issue. 27 and 38, 2005 No.. 18, 30, 33 and 48, 2006, issue. 46 of 2007, pcs. 26, 89 and 109 of 2008, pcs. 10, 32, 41 and 74 of 2009) in transitional and final provisions created § 7a:
"§ 7a. For the period to 31 December 2010 to implement programs and measures to promote employment rather than the means of art. 30a para. 1, p. 6 provide funds intended to pay for the first, second and third day of the temporary incapacity of 70 percent of the average gross salary for the month in which there has been a temporary disability, but not less than 70 percent of the average agreed remuneration. "
§ 10. This Act shall enter into force on 1 July 2010
