LAW

amending the law on protection of competition (official SG. 102 by 2008; amend., 42/2009)

§ 1. In art. 4 is hereby amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows:

"(1) the Commission shall consist of five members, including the President, the Vice-President and three members who are elected and removed by the National Assembly for a term of five years."

2. in the Al. 4 the word "Vice-Presidents" is replaced by "Vice-President".

3. in the Al. 5, second sentence, the words "Vice Presidents receive" are replaced by "Vice President receives."

§ 2. In art. 5 is hereby amended as follows:

1. In paragraph 8. 1 the word "Vice-Presidents" is replaced by "Vice-President".

2. in the Al. 5 the word "Vice-Presidents" is replaced by "Vice-President", and the word "Vice-Presidents" is replaced by "Vice-President".

3. in the Al. 6 the word "Vice-Presidents" is replaced by "Vice-President".

§ 3. In art. 9 para. 2 shall be amended as follows:

"(2) in carrying out its functions, the President shall be assisted by a Vice-Chairman. When the President is absent from the country or use the statutory leave, he delegate his powers to the Vice-President by an order on a case by case basis. "

§ 4. In art. 59 the following modifications are made:

1. In paragraph 8. 1 the figure "4" is replaced by "3".

2. in the Al. 2:

(a) in the first sentence), the figure "4" is replaced by "3";

(b) in the second sentence) the numbers "7" and "4" are replaced with "5" and "3".

Transitional and final provisions

§ 5. (1) within one month from the entry into force of this law the National Assembly elect the members of the Commission for protection of competition.

(2) until the inauguration of the new members of the Commission for protection of competition existing members continue to carry out its powers.

§ 6. Within two months of the entry into force of this law the Commission for protection of competition adopted amendments to the rules of procedure of the Commission for protection of competition.

§ 7. In the public procurement Act (official SG. 28 of 2004; amend., 53/2004, no. 31, 34 and 105 by 2005, issue 18, 33, and 37 79 by 2006, issue 59 (2007), no. 94, 98 and 102 by 2008 and no. 24 and 82 from 2009) in art. 122 the following modifications are made:

1. In paragraph 8. 1 the word "four" is replaced with "three".

2. in the Al. 2:

(a) in the first sentence), the figure "4" is replaced by "3";

(b) in the second sentence) the numbers "7" and "4" are replaced with "5" and "3".

§ 8. In the law on concessions (official SG. 36 of 2006; amend., SG. 53, 65 and 105 of 2006, issue 41, 59 and 109 from 2007, issue 50, 67 and 102 by 2008 and no. 47, 99 and 103 of 2009) in art. 90 is hereby amended as follows: 1. In para. 1 the word "four" is replaced with "three".

2. in the Al. 2:

(a) in the first sentence), the figure "4" is replaced by "3";

(b) in the second sentence) the numbers "7" and "4" are replaced with "5" and "3".

§ 9. In the Access Act and the disclosure of the documents and announcement of the affiliation of Bulgarian citizens to the State security and intelligence services of the Bulgarian people's Army (official SG. 102 of 2006; amend., SG. 41, 57 and 109 from the 2007 No. 69 since 2008, issue 25, 35, 42, 82 and 93 from 2009 and no. 18 of 2010) in art. 3, al. 1, item 9, the word "Vice-Presidents" is replaced by "Vice-President".

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on July 2, 2010 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
