Art. 1. ratify the Protocol of 2005 to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Maritime Navigation (ratified by law - SG. 43 of 1999, prom. SG. 48 of 2003) signed on October 14, 2005 in London.
Art. 2. ratify the Protocol of 2005 to the Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Fixed Platforms Located on the Continental Shelf (ratified by law - SG. 43 of 1999, prom. SG. 48 2003), signed on October 14, 2005 in London.
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on July 21, 2010 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
