Law amending the Law on Health Insurance (prom. SG. 70 of 1998, amended. § 1. In art. 6 be amended as follows:
1. In para. 2, second sentence, the word "Director" is replaced with "manager".
2. In para. 3 pt. 2 word "Director" is replaced with "manager".
§ 2. In art. 15, para. 1 is amended as follows:
1. In item. 1 the word "Director" is replaced with "manager".
2. In pt. 5 word "Director" is replaced with "manager". 3
. In pt. 6, the words "acting director of the NHIF" are replaced by "assigning Deputy Governor of the NHIF to serve as Governor of the NHIF."
§ 3. In art. 19 is amended as follows:
1. In para. 1 the word "Director" is replaced with "manager".
2. In para. 2 word "Director" is replaced by "administrator". 3
. In para. 3 the word "Director" is replaced by "Manager".
4. In para. 4:
a) in the text before item. 1 the word "Director" is replaced by "Governor";
B) in item. 4 the word "Director" is replaced by "administrator".
5. Paragraph 5 shall be amended as follows:
"(5) In the cases under par. 4 supervisory board assigned to the Deputy Governor of the NHIF temporarily to serve as Governor of the NHIF. National Assembly adopts a resolution to elect a new governor of the National Health Insurance Fund within a period not exceeding 30 days from the termination of the contract of manager in the cases under par. 4. "
6. In para. 6 word "Director" is replaced with "manager".
7. In para. 7:
a) in the text before item. 1 the word "Director" is replaced by "Governor";
B) in Item. 11 words "Deputy Directors" are replaced by "a deputy."
§ 4. In art. 19a shall be amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows:
"(1) In exercising its powers the manager of the NHIF is assisted by Deputy Governor."
2. In para. 2 the word "deputy director" is replaced by "Deputy". 3
. Paragraph 3 shall be repealed.
§ 5. In art. 21 is amended as follows:
1. In para. 1, 'director and deputy director of the NHIF and RHIF "are replaced by" Governor and Deputy Governor of the NHIF Director and Deputy Director of the Regional Health Insurance Fund. "
2. In para. 2, the word "Director" is replaced by "persons under par. 1 ".
§ 6. In art. 45 new paragraph. 10:
"(10) dental activities included in the basic package specified in the ordinance under para. 2 allowed payment and / or surcharge from compulsory insured persons under the terms and conditions of Art. 55c. "
§ 7. In other texts of law the words" Director of the National Health Insurance Fund "," Director of NHIF "," director of the NHIF, "" The Director of NHIF "and" director of NHIF "are replaced by "governor of the National Health Insurance Fund", "governor of the NHIF," "governor of the NHIF," "Director of NHIF" and "governor of the NHIF."
§ 8. In additional provision be made the following amendments:
1. The name was changed to "additional provisions".
2. A § 1a:
"§ 1a. (1) The National Health Insurance Fund, Regional Health Insurance Funds and the Financial Supervision Commission provide an opportunity to provide information and accepting applications and documents under this Act by electronic means under the terms and conditions of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and the Electronic management.
(2) The provision of information and the adoption of applications and documents electronically are performed after providing appropriate technical and organizational conditions as well as the relevant software. "

§ 9. In § 19k of the transitional and final provisions, the words "until 31 December 2011 'is replaced by' until 31 December 2010".
§ 10. In § 67 para. 1 of the transitional and final provisions of the Law amending the Law on Health Insurance (prom. SG. 101 of 2009 .; amend., SG. 19 of 2010) the words "Director of NHIF" are replaced with "Governor of the NHIF."
§ 11. In § 68, para. 4 of the transitional and final provisions of the Law amending the Law on Health Insurance (prom. SG. 101 of 2009 .; amend., SG. 19 of 2010) the word "Director" is replaced by " Governor. "
Transitional and Final Provisions
§ 12. (1) The powers of the Governor of the National Health Insurance Fund shall be performed by the incumbent until the entry into force of this Law Director NHIF until the end of his term.
(2) employment contracts existing prior to the entry into force of this law deputy directors of NHIF shall be terminated with notice under Art. 328, para. 1 pt. 2 of the Labor Code.
§ 13. In the Law for the budget of the National Health Insurance Fund for 2010 (SG. 99 of 2009) in § 10 of the transitional and final provisions, the words "Director of the National Health Insurance Fund, as well as" to replaced by "the Governor of the National Health Insurance Fund and the Executive Director."
§ 14. In Health Act (prom. SG. 70 of 2004 .; amend., SG. 46, 76, 85, 88, 94 and 103 of 2005, pcs. 18 30 34, 59, 71, 75, 80, 81, 95 and 102 of 2006, pcs. 31, 41, 46, 53, 59, 82 and 95 of 2007, pcs. 13, 102 and 110 of 2008 SG. 36, 41, 74, 82, 93, 99 and 101 of 2009, pcs. 41, 42 and 50 of 2010) in art. 102, para. 2, 'the director of NHIF "are replaced by" the manager of the NHIF. "
§ 15. In the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (prom. SG. 81 of 2004 .; amend., SG. 28, 88, 94, 103 and 105 of 2005, pcs. 18 30, 33, 37, 63, 95, 97 and 108 of 2006, pcs. 31, 46 and 108 of 2007, pcs. 41 and 74 of 2009 and SG. 24 of 2010) Art. 44, para. 4 the word "Director" is replaced with "manager".
§ 16. In the Law on prevention and disclosure of conflict of interest (prom. SG. 94 of 2008 .; amend., SG. 10, 26 and 101 of 2009) in art. 3 pt. 19 the word "Director" is replaced with "manager".
§ 17. In the Law on Property of Persons Occupying High State Positions (prom. SG. 38 of 2000 .; amend., SG. 28 and 74 of 2002, pcs. 8 2003 pcs. 38 2004 pcs. 105 of 2005, pcs. 38 and 73, 2006, issue. 109 of 2007, pcs. 33, 69 and 94 of 2008 SG. 93 of 2009 and SG. 18 of 2010) in art. 2 para. 1, p. 22 the word "Director" is replaced with "manager".
§ 18. This Act shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the "Official Gazette" except:
1. paragraph 6, which comes into force on January 1, 2011 .;
2. paragraph 8, which comes into force on September 30, 2011
