Law amending the Law on Census of Population and Housing in the Republic of Bulgaria in 2011 (SG. 39 of 2009)
§ 1. Article 3 shall be amended as follows:
"Art. 3. (1) The counting of art. 1 begins at 0.00 pm. On February 1, 2011 and ends at 20.00 pm. On February 28, 2011
(2) From 0.00 pm. On February 1, 2011 to 24.00 h. on February 9, 2011 census will be conducted over the Internet by filling in an electronic form.
(3) 8.00 pm. On February 10, 2011 until 20.00 hours on 28 February, 2011 census will be done by visiting households, buildings and dwellings.
(4) The critical moment of the census is 0.00 pm. On February 1, 2011 population figures, buildings and dwellings collected during the census refer to this moment. "
§ 2. In Art. 4 para. 1 is amended as follows:
1. In item. 2 the words "March 9" are replaced by "31 January".
2. In pt. 4 words "March 10" is replaced by "February 1". 3
. In pt. 5, the words "March 10" is replaced by "February 1".
4. In pt. 7, the words "March 9" are replaced by "31 January" and the words "item. 2-4 "are replaced by" item. 4 ".
5. In item. 8, the words "before March 9" are replaced by "after the January 31".
6. At p. 10 comma after the word "living" is replaced by the word "and" and the words "housing and used for non-residential purposes" are deleted.
§ 3. In art. 5 pt. 1 the words "March 10" is replaced by "February 1".
§ 4. In art. 6 The following amendments and additions:
1. In para. 1 created item. 20:
"20. degree of disability. "
2. In para. 3 words "item. 11-13 "are replaced by" item. 11, 12, 13 and 20 '.
§ 5. In art. 9 words "Art. 7, p. 5-7 "are replaced by" Art. 6 and 8 "and then the word" form "a comma and added" and the data of art. 7 - by census cards. "
§ 6. In art. 12 in the text before item. 1 the word "card" is replaced by "administrative data sources."
§ 7. In art. 15, para. 1 is amended as follows:

1. In item. 2 the words "10 March 2011" is replaced by "1 February 2010".
2. In pt. 5, the words "and control tests" are deleted.
§ 8. In art. 27 is amended as follows:
1. In para. 1 p. 4 shall be amended as follows:
"4. persons detained in detention and for persons serving a term of imprisonment; ".
2. In para. 3 the word "municipalities" is replaced by "the municipality, district or town hall."
§ 9. In art. 35 the number "60" is replaced by "120".
§ 10. Paragraph 1 of the additional provisions are repealed.
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on December 11, 2010 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
