LAW

amending the law on tobacco and tobacco products (promulgated, SG. 101 of 1993; amended 19/1994, no. 110 of 1996 No. 153 of 1998 No. 113 of 1999, no. 33 and 102 of 2000, 110/2001, no. 20 of 2003 and 57/70 by 2004. , PC. 91, 95, 99 and 105 by 2005, issue. 18, 30, 34, 70, 80, 108, 2006, issue. 53 and 109 from 2007, PCs. 36, 67 and 110 since 2008 and St. 12, 82 and 95 of 2009.)

§ 1. Article 11 is hereby repealed.

§ 2. Article 16 is hereby repealed.

§ 3. In art. 27 para. 2 is repealed.

§ 4. In art. 33 para. 1 is repealed.

§ 5. In art. 37, para. 1, item 11, the words "persons under art. 11 "shall be replaced by" persons dealing with industrial processing of tobacco in the country ".

§ 6. In art. 38 Item 3, 4 and 5 are repealed.

§ 7. In art. 44 the following modifications are made:

1. In paragraph 8. 1 the words "art. 11 "and the comma after them are deleted.

2. paragraph 2 is repealed.

§ 8. In art. 52, para. 1 is hereby amended as follows:

1. In paragraph 2, the word "food" is replaced by "food," and the number "11" and the comma after it is deleted.

2. In paragraph 3 the number "11" and the comma after it is deleted.

Additional provision

§ 9. In other texts of the law the word "food" is replaced by "food".

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 23 February 2011 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
