To be published in the Official Gazette the law for ratification of the grant agreement between the Ministry of regional development and public works and the European Bank for reconstruction and development, acting as the administrator of grants provided by the Government of Germany of II Fund for technical cooperation with Germany to develop a sample contract for service in the water sector of the Republic of Bulgaria, adopted by the National Assembly of the HLI 15 March 2011.

ratification of the grant agreement between the Ministry of regional development and public works and the European Bank for reconstruction and development, acting as the administrator of grants provided by the Government of Germany of II Fund for technical cooperation with Germany to develop a sample contract for service in the water sector of the Republic of Bulgaria

Art. 1. Ratify the grant agreement between the Ministry of regional development and public works and the European Bank for reconstruction and development, acting as the administrator of grants provided by the Government of Germany of II Fund for technical cooperation with Germany to develop a sample contract for service in the water sector of the Republic of Bulgaria, signed on 20 December 2010.

Art. 2. Agrees that the agreement under art. 1 not to be promulgated in the State Gazette.

Final provision

Paragraph only. The agreement shall apply with effect from 20 December 2010.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National sat Rainier on March 15, 2011 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
