amendment to the Act of gambling (official SG. 51 of 1999; amend., no. 103 of 1999, 53/2000, issue 1, 102 and 110 since 2001, 75/2002, no. 31 of 2003, no. 70 by 2004, issue 79, 94, 95, 103, 105 by 2005, issue 30 and 54 since 2006. , PC. 109 and 110 since 2007, PCs. 42, 74 and 82 from 2009 and PCs. 50 of 2010.)

§ 1. Article 9 is amended as follows:

"Gambling, organized by State

Art. 9. (1) the State could arrange only lottery, Lotto and Lotto games and betting on the outcomes of sporting events by the State Enterprise "Bulgarian sports lottery", created under art. 62, para. 3 of commercial law to the Minister of physical education and sports.

(2) Ustrojstveniât rules of the enterprise under para. 1 shall be adopted by the Council of Ministers, on a proposal from the Minister of physical education and sport. The management of State Enterprise "Bulgarian sports totalizer" shall be appointed and removed by the Ministry of physical education and sport.

(3) the use of the revenue from the activity of the State Enterprise "Bulgarian sports lottery" after tax and deduction of costs and profits paid shall be approved by the Ministry of physical education and sports in coordination with the Minister of finance.

(4) the approved funds under para. 3 are used for:

1. the needs of physical education and sport;

2. maintenance, repair, reconstruction or construction of sports facilities in schools.

(5) the resources of the Al. 4, item 2 shall be allocated by the Ministry of physical education and sport, on the proposal of the Minister of education, youth and science, in consultation with the relevant industry Minister. "

§ 2. In art. 77, para. 2 the figure "30 000 ' shall be replaced by" 15 000 ".

Transitional and final provisions

§ 3. (1) the State Enterprise "State monetary-subject" Lottery be converted through a drip in a State enterprise, "Bulgarian sports lottery" subject to universal succession.

(2) assets, liabilities, and other rights and obligations of the State Enterprise "State monetary-subject" lottery shall be borne by the State Enterprise "Bulgarian sports lottery".

(3) employment relationships with employees of the State Enterprise "State monetary Lottery product" shall be governed by the procedure of art. 123 of the labour code.

(4) the authorizations for organizing gambling, issued on State Enterprise "State monetary product Sweepstakes", retained its action for the period for which they are issued.

(5) within 7 days after the entry into force of this law permits under para. 4 re-edited officially in favor of the State Enterprise "Bulgarian sports totalizer" while retaining the conditions specified therein.

(6) to re-issue permissions under para. 5, as well as for validation of new binding models of certification marks in conjunction with the merger under para. 1 shall not pay State fees.

(7) within two months after the entry into force of this law the Council of Ministers shall adopt rules of procedure of the State Enterprise "Bulgarian sports lottery".

§ 4. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 20 April 2011 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
