amending and supplementing the law on physical education and sports (official SG. Since 1996, 58; No. 8 Decision of the Constitutional Court from 1997 – issue 53 of 1997; amend., SG. 124 of 1998, no. 51 and 81 of 1999, 53/2000; Corr, 55/2000; amend., no. 64 of 2000. , PC. 75 of 2002; Decision of the Constitutional Court No. 6 of 2002 – PCs. 95 of 2002; amend., SG. 120. Since 2002, PCs. 96 of 2004, PCs. 88 and 103 from 2005, PCs. 30, 34, 36 and 80 from 2006, PCs. 41, 46, 53 of 2007, PC. 50 by 2008, PCs. 74 of 2009 and PCs. 50 and 96 of 2010.)

§ 1. In art. 47 and following amendments and supplements shall be made:

1. Create a new para. 1 and 2:

"(1) Sports sites and installations of national importance are objects and facilities – State or municipal property, or the property of the companies in which the capital is the sole owner of the State or the municipality, serving as a permanent meeting still needs in the field of physical education and sport and meet at least one of the following conditions:

1. they are designed for training activities and used by sports federations for the development of sport for high sports mastery;

2. comply with the conditions for national and international sports competitions;

3. meet the internationally established requirements for different kinds of sports.

(2) social tourism objects of national importance are objects — State or municipal property, or the property of the companies in which the capital is the sole owner of the State or the municipality, serving as a permanent meeting still needs in the field of social tourism. "

2. The current paragraph. 1 it al. 3 and in her words "representing public property" shall be deleted.

3. The current paragraph. 2 is repealed.

4. The current paragraph. 3 it al. 4.

5. The current paragraph. 4 it al. 5 and in her words "Sports sites and installations" shall be replaced by the words "sites and facilities '.

§ 2. In annex 1 to the art. 47 a "List of sports venues and facilities of national significance" be created so 15, 16 and 17:

15. "sports complex" Akademik "Sofia

16. Tennis complex "Akademik" Sofia

17. The Sports Hall "Hristo Botev" – Sofia.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 20 April 2011 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
