supplementing the Law on concessions (official SG. 36 of 2006; amend., SG. 53, 65 and 105 of 2006, issue 41, 59 and 109 from 2007, issue 50, 67 and 102 by 2008, issue 47, 99 and 103 of 2009 and the No. 52 and 54 of 2010)

§ 1. In art. 17, al. 1, paragraph 2, after the words "municipal property" there shall be added "and deposits of mineral waters – exclusive State property, which is provided free of charge for the management and use of the municipalities pursuant to § 133 of the transitional and concluding provisions of the law amending and supplementing the law on waters (SG. 61 by 2010).

§ 2. In art. 19, para. 2, after the words "municipal property" there shall be added "and deposit of mineral water – exclusive State property, which is provided free of charge for the management and use of the municipality pursuant to § 133 of the transitional and concluding provisions of the law amending and supplementing the law on waters (SG. 61 by 2010).

Final provision

§ 3. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 17 June 2011 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
