Act to amend the Criminal Procedure Code (prom. SG. 86 of 2005 .; amend., SG. 46 and 109 of 2007 pcs. 69 and 109 of 2008, pcs. 12, 27, 32 and 33 of 2009, pcs. 15, 32 and 101 of 2010, pcs. 13 and 33 in 2011)
§ 1. Art. 35, para. 2 words "244A - 246" are replaced with "243-246".
§ 2. In art. 411a para. 2 words "Art. 243, art. 244 "are deleted.
§ 3. In the transitional and final provisions of the Act amending the Criminal Procedure Code (SG. 13 of 2011) § 11, the words "six months after its promulgation in the" Official Gazette "shall be replaced by "from 1 January 2012".
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on July 26, 2011 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
