ratification of the Council of Europe Convention for the protection of children from sexual exploitation and sexual abuse

Article only. Ratify the Council of Europe Convention for the protection of children from sexual exploitation and sexual abuse, signed on 25 October 2007 in Lanzarote, Spain, with the following reservations and declarations:

1. Reservation under art. 20 (4): "the Republic of Bulgaria declares that it will not apply paragraph 1 entirely is the art. 20. "

2. Reservation under art. 21 (2): "the Republic of Bulgaria will apply (1). in art. 21 in respect of cases in which children were recruited or forced, in accordance with paragraph 1 a or b of that article. "

3. Reservation under art. 24 (3): "Repub-Lika Bulgaria declares that it will not apply paragraph 2 of the article entirely. 24 in respect of offences established in accordance with art. 20, paragraph 1. "
