DECREE:
To be published in the "Official Gazette" Law amending the Law on Patronage adopted by HLI National Assembly on February 23, 2012

Law amending the Law on Patronage (prom. SG. 103 of 2005 .; amend., SG. 30, 34, 63 and 80, 2006, issue. 53 and 109 of 2007 and SG. 42 of 2009)
§ 1. In art. 11 is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows:
"(1) patrons submit to the Minister of Culture application for registration form in accordance with Annex № 1. In cases where the application is submitted electronically, the requirements of the Electronic Document and electronic signature, and the documents under par. 3 are applied in the form of scanned copies signed by electronic signature. "
2. Paragraph 2 is repealed. 3
. Paragraph 3 is amended as follows:
"(3) The persons under Art. 9, para. 2 attached to the application:
1. Decision initial court registration and certificate of good standing;
2. internal rules for the activity of art. 12. "
4. Paragraph 4 is repealed.
5. In para. 5 tons. 1 is amended as follows:
"1. data about the person - name / company name, location, address, unified identification code; decision for entry in the Central Register of non-profit community service at the Ministry of Justice. "
§ 2. In art. 26, para. 2 finally added "on paper or electronically in compliance with the requirements of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature."
§ 3. Application № 1 to Art. 11, para. 1 is amended as follows:

Final provision
§ 4. The law shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the "Official Gazette".
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on February 23, 2012 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
