Law amending the Law on Health (Prom. SG. 70 of 2004 .; amend., SG. 46, 76, 85, 88 94 and 103 of 2005, pcs. 18, 30, 34, 59, 71, 75, 80, 81, 95 and 102 of 2006, pcs. 31, 41, 46, 53, 59, 82 and 95 2007, pcs. 13, 102 and 110 of 2008, pcs. 36, 41, 74, 82, 93, 99 and 101 of 2009, pcs. 41, 42, 50, 59, 62, 98 and 100 in 2010, pcs. 8, 9, 45 and 60 of 2011 and SG. 38 of 2012)
§ 1. Article 56 is amended as follows:
"Art. 56. (1) prohibited smoking in indoor public places.
(2) prohibited smoking in premises with separate jobs where the work is done, and the premises them with a support and service facilities.
(3) As an exception allowed smoking in separate premises on the premises of the airport.
(4) separate premises under par. 3 is not allowed the presence of persons under 18 years of age.
(5) separate premises under par. 3 are separated by airtight walls, tightly closed doors, labeled clearly and they develop the ventilation system.
(6) The Council of Ministers shall determine by an ordinance the requirements that must meet separate premises under par. 3. "
§ 2. Article 56a is amended as follows:
" Art. 56a. Smoking is prohibited on these open public places:
1. adjacent terrain and sidewalks of nurseries, kindergartens, schools, student hostels and places where social services are provided for children;
2. playgrounds; 3
. which are organized activities for children and students;
4. sports venues, cinemas and theaters summer - at sports and cultural events. "
§ 3. Articles 56b and 56c are canceled.
§ 4. In Chapter Two, Section VIII creating art. 78a:
"Art. 78a. (1) For the protection of life and human health and preventing water accidents is done securing ponds and pools for public use and is organized Water Life activities.
(2) The requirements for life-guarding activity and safety of ponds and pools for public use is determined by an ordinance of the Council of Ministers. "
§ 5. In art. 103 par. 5 is amended as follows:
"(5) The expertise of the type and extent of damage to children up to the age of 16 is performed by TEMP and NEPC featuring specialist in pediatrics."
§ 6. Article 104A repealed.
§ 7. In art. 106, para. 3 abbreviation "Delco" is deleted.
§ 8. In art. 107 is amended as follows:
1. In para. 1, 'Delco and "are deleted.
2. In para. 2 abbreviation "Delco" is deleted.
§ 9. In art. 108 anywhere abbreviation "Delco" is deleted.
§ 10. In art. 112, para. 1, p. 3, 'Delco and "are deleted.
§ 11. In art. 112a abbreviation "Delco" is deleted.
§ 12. In art. 218 is amended as follows:
1. In para. 1 the words "Art. 54 or Art. 56 "shall be replaced with" Art. 54, 56 or 56a ", the words" 50 to 100 lev "is replaced by" 300 to 500 lev "and the words" 100 to 300 lev "is replaced by" 500 to 1,000 lev. "
2. In para. 2 the words "300 to 500 lev" be replaced with "1,000 to 1,500 lev" and the words "500 to 1,500 lev" be replaced with "1,500 to 3,000 lev." 3

4. Paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 are amended as follows:
"(4) Whoever advertises alcoholic beverages in violation of Art. 55, para. 1 and 2 shall be fined from 1,500 to 3,000 lev, and for repeated offense - from 3000 to 5000 Levs.
(5) Where an offense under par. 4 is committed by a sole trader, a pecuniary sanction from 3,000 to 10,000 lev, and for repeated offense - from 10 000 to 30 000 Levs.
(6) Where an offense under par. 4 is committed by a legal entity shall be imposed a fine of 10 000 to 30 000 Levs and for repeated violation - from 30 000 to 50 000 Levs. "
§ 13. Article 218a is repealed.
§ 14. Article 231 is amended as follows:

"Art. 231. (1) Violations of Art. 209-217 shall be established by acts issued by state health inspectors or officials designated by the Director of the Regional Health Inspectorate, and the penalty shall be issued by the Director of the Regional Health Inspectorate.
(2) Violations of Art. 218, para. 1-6 is established with acts, compiled by state health inspectors from the regional health inspections and / or state health inspectors from the Ministry of Health and the punitive decrees shall be issued by the Director of the Regional Health Inspectorate, by the Minister of Health. "|| | § 15. § 1 of the additional provisions. 38 is canceled.
§ 16. In § 1a of the additional provisions create letter "and":

§ 17. In the transitional and final provisions of the Law amending the Law on health (prom. SG. 41 of 2009 .; amend., SG. 98 of 2010) establishes § 65a:
"§ 65a. In cases where no children revealed expert medical commissions, the expertise of the type and degree of disability submitted after July 1, 2009 applications for certification (re-certification) of children under the age of 16 is performed by TEMP featuring specialist in pediatrics . "
Transitional and final provisions
§ 18. within seven days of the entry into force of this law, medical institutions to which has revealed TEMP performing certification (re-certification) of children under 16 years of age are obliged to ensure the participation of a specialist in pediatrics in the composition of the LEDC.

§ 20. In the Law on Income Tax of Individuals (prom. SG. 95 of 2006 .; amend., SG. 52, 64 and 113 in 2007, pcs. 28, 43 and 106 of 2008 pcs. 25, 32, 35, 41, 82, 95 and 99 of 2009, pcs. 16, 49, 94 and 100 in 2010, pcs. 19, 31, 35, 51 and 99 of 2011) is amended as follows:
1. In art. 23 pt. 1 abbreviation "Delco" is deleted.
2. In art. 43, para. 9 abbreviation "Delco" is deleted. 3
. In art. 44, para. 5 abbreviation "Delco" is deleted.
§ 21. In the Law on Child Protection (prom. SG. 48 of 2000, amended. No.. 75 and 120 of 2002, pcs. 36 and 63 of 2003, SG . 70 and 115 of 2004, pcs. 28, 94 and 103 of 2005, pcs. 30, 38 and 82 of 2006, pcs. 59 2007 SG. 69 of 2008, No. . 14, 47 and 74 of 2009, pcs. 42, 50, 59 and 98 in 2010, pcs. 28 and 51 of 2011 and SG. 32 of 2012) is amended as follows: || | 1. In art. 8 par. 5 is repealed.
2. In art. 45, para. 2 and 3, 'and par. 5 "are deleted.
§ 22. The provisions of § 1, 2, 3, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 21 come into force on June 1, 2012
