To be published in the Official Gazette the law amending and supplementing the law on export control of defence-related products, and the products and technologies with dual-use items adopted by the National Assembly of the HLI 10 July 2012.

LAW

amending and supplementing the law on export control of defence-related products, and the products and technologies with dual-use items (SG. 26 of 2011.)

§ 1. In art. 12, al. 2, after the words "mod" a comma and add the "Ministry of Interior".

§ 2. In art. 32, para. 4 in the first sentence in the second "4" is replaced by "5", and in the second sentence, after the word "customs" is added "the fourth is sent to the Ministry of internal affairs" and the word "fourth" shall be replaced by "the fifth".

§ 3. In art. 53, para. 5 in the first sentence in the second "4" is replaced by "5", and in the second sentence, after the word "customs" is added "the fourth is sent to the Ministry of internal affairs" and the word "fourth" shall be replaced by "the fifth".

§ 4. In art. 56, para. 1 in the first sentence the words "copy" shall be replaced by ' 5 copies, "and in the second sentence, after the word" customs "is added" the fourth is sent to the Ministry of internal affairs "and the word" fourth "shall be replaced by" the fifth ".

§ 5. In art. 64, para. 8, after the word "notify" is added "Ministry of Interior" and a comma.

Final provision

§ 6. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 10 July 2012 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
