§ 1. In art. 343 following amendments and supplements shall be made:

1. In paragraph 8. 1 (c), the words "six years" shall be replaced by ' of two to six years, and in particularly serious cases, imprisonment from three to ten years ".

2. in the Al. 3:

(a)) in the text before the letter "a" after the word "scene" there shall be added "or was driving without the required law capability, or the walkway";

b) in paragraph (a), the words "within five years" shall be replaced by ' of one to five years ", and the words" to eight years "shall be replaced by the" deprivation of liberty from two to eight years. "

Final provisions

§ 2. In the code of criminal procedure (official SG. 86 of 2005; amend., SG. 46 and 109 from the 2007 No. 69 and 109 in 2008, issue 12, 27, 32 and 33 by 2009, issue 15, 32 and 101 of 2010, issue 13, 33, 60, 61 and 93 from 2011; Decision No. 10 of the Constitutional Court by 2011 – issue 93 of 2011; No. 19 , 20 and 25 by 2012.) make the following additions:

1. In art. 68, para. 1, the first sentence after the word "crime" shall be inserted "or for another crime that caused death".

2. In art. 381, para. 2 creates a second sentence: "the agreement does not allow for any other offence which is caused the death."

§ 3. The law shall enter into force one month after its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 26 July 2012 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
