§ 1. In art. 4, al. 1 item 10 is created:

"10. the candidates for junior judges and junior prosecutors under the law on the judiciary."

§ 2. In art. 6, al. 5, the words "under art. 4, al. 1, 2, 3 and 4 "shall be replaced by" referred to in art. 4, al. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 10.

§ 3. In art. 9, para. 1, paragraph 2, the words "anywhere under art. 4, al. 1, item 5 and 9 ' shall be replaced by "referred to in art. 4, al. 1, item 5, 9 and 10 '.

Final provisions

§ 4. In the law on the judiciary (official SG. 64 of 2007; amend., SG. 69 and 109 of 2008 25/, 33, 42, 102 and 103 of 2009, 59/2010, no. 1, 23, 32, 45, 81 and 82 by 2011; Decision No. 10 of the Constitutional Court by 2011 – issue 93 of 2011; amend. , PC. 20 and 50 by 2012.) the following modifications are made:

1. In art. 258, para. 1 the second sentence shall be replaced by the following: "during training candidates for junior judges and junior prosecutors receive Seventy per cent of the basic salary of a junior judge and junior prosecutor charged to the budget of the National Institute of Justice."

2. In art. 258:

(a)) in the Al. 4, the words "for the duration of the training received scholarship" shall be replaced by ' the sums received under art. 258, para. 1 ";

(b)) paragraph 5 shall be amended as follows:

(5) contributions to State social insurance, supplementary compulsory pension insurance, health insurance and accident insurance for candidates for junior judges and junior prosecutors for the period of their training under art. 249, para. 1 paragraph 1 shall be borne by the budget of the judiciary. "

§ 5. In the law on income tax of individuals (official SG. 95 2006; amend., SG. 52, 64 and 113 (2007), no. 28, 43 and 106 since 2008, issue 25, 32, 35, 41, 82, 95 and 99 from 2009, issue 16, 49, 94 and 100 by 2010, issue 19, 31, 35, 51 and 99 from 2011 and 2012 of 40) in § 1 of the additional provisions in paragraph 26 (c) shall be replaced by the following: "in) legal relations with members of the Supreme Judicial Council, Chief Inspector and inspectors in the Inspectorate to the Supreme Judicial Council, judges, prosecutors, investigators, administrative heads and their deputies in the organs of the judiciary, government enforcement agents, land registry Department judges and court employees under the law on the judiciary, including candidates for junior judges and junior prosecutors in connection with the receipt of remuneration for the period of their training as well as their legal relationship under the law on the Constitutional Court; ".

§ 6. The law shall enter into force on 1 September 2012.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 10 October 2012 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
